Ingredients
For the Wraps
- 2 QTee® pears
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Cajun spices
- 100 g cream cheese
- Field lettuce (or another salad of your choice)
- 4 large wraps (here: whole wheat wraps)
- Salt, pepper

Preparation
- Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
- Peel the QTee® pears, remove the core, and cut them into wedges. Then cut each wedge into 6 pieces. Fry them in a pan over high heat with the butter for 5 minutes until the pieces start to turn golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Use the same pan to cook the chicken: pour in a splash of olive oil and add the chicken, Cajun spices, salt, and pepper. Cook for about ten minutes until the pieces are golden brown. Set aside.
- Spread cream cheese on a wrap and place a generous handful of field lettuce on top. Add the chicken and pear pieces and fold the wrap closed. First fold the sides inward, then roll the wrap tightly from bottom to top. Repeat this for the remaining 3 wraps. Enjoy!
