Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 1 QTee® pear
  • A few pink radishes
  • Goat cheese
  • A handful of hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash the QTee® pear and slice it thinly. Tip: you can add a few drops of lemon juice to prevent it from browning. Do the same with the radishes.
  2. Cut the goat cheese into small cubes and chop the hazelnuts in half. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette.
  3. Arrange the arugula, QTee® pear slices, goat cheese, radishes, and hazelnuts on a plate. Finish by pouring the vinaigrette over it.
