Ingredients
For the Salad
- 2 handfuls of arugula
- 1 QTee® pear
- A few pink radishes
- Goat cheese
- A handful of hazelnuts
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- Wash the QTee® pear and slice it thinly. Tip: you can add a few drops of lemon juice to prevent it from browning. Do the same with the radishes.
- Cut the goat cheese into small cubes and chop the hazelnuts in half. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette.
- Arrange the arugula, QTee® pear slices, goat cheese, radishes, and hazelnuts on a plate. Finish by pouring the vinaigrette over it.
