Ingredients
For the Salad
- 2 to 3 QTee® pears
- 2 zucchini
- 2 salmon fillets
- Some young salad greens
- 1/2 untreated organic orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- Olive oil
- 10 g butter
- Black sesame seeds
- Fleur de sel
- Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
The salmon:
- Remove the skin from the salmon fillets and cut them into cubes.
- Heat the butter and a splash of olive oil in a pan.
- Once the pan is hot, cook the salmon cubes for 3 minutes. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
The garnish:
- Cut the zucchini into spaghetti using a spiralizer.
- Add the juice of half a lemon.
- Cut the QTee® pears into slices and rub them with the other half of the lemon to prevent browning.
The vinaigrette:
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, orange zest and juice, juice of half a lemon, honey, salt and pepper.
- Whisk the vinaigrette well until you have a smooth dressing.
The finishing:
- Arrange the zucchini spaghetti, QTee® pear slices and salmon cubes nicely on a plate.
- Add some young salad greens and a few black sesame seeds.
- Finish with the vinaigrette, a few turns of the pepper mill and serve immediately.
