For the Tartlets

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 2 QTee® pears
  • 4 tbsp gorgonzola
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Walnuts

Serves: 4 people

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the pears and slice them thinly.
  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the honey into 4 circles.
  3. Arrange the pear slices on each honey circle. Sprinkle some walnuts over them and cover with a round of puff pastry.
  4. Prick holes in the dough with a fork and bake the tartlets in the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Let the tartlets cool slightly, turn them over, and crumble the gorgonzola over them.
