For the Tartlets
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 2 QTee® pears
- 4 tbsp gorgonzola
- 4 tbsp honey
- Walnuts

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the pears and slice them thinly.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the honey into 4 circles.
- Arrange the pear slices on each honey circle. Sprinkle some walnuts over them and cover with a round of puff pastry.
- Prick holes in the dough with a fork and bake the tartlets in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Let the tartlets cool slightly, turn them over, and crumble the gorgonzola over them.
